bepk Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

To register a bepk Account, you must:

• Be a natural person who is at least 21 years of age;
• Be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any additional information requested during verification;
• Not be currently subject to self-exclusion or any gaming ban imposed by bepk or any regulatory authority;
• Not be a director, employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a director, employee, contractor, or agent of bepk or any of its affiliated software or service providers.

bepk reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason, subject to applicable law and the return of any net real-money balance in the Account at the time of closure.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account with bepk. If a Player is found to have opened or operated multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — bepk reserves the right to close all such Accounts, forfeit any Bonus Funds, and retain any winnings obtained through the use of multiple Accounts as a breach-of-terms remedy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bepk Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

All activity conducted through your bepk Account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been carried out by you and is your sole responsibility, unless you have reported a security breach to bepk support in advance.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bepk immediately via the live chat support function. bepk will investigate and, where warranted, suspend the Account while the investigation is ongoing.

You must promptly update your Account information if any detail changes, particularly your registered Philippine mobile number, which is used for account recovery, OTP-based authentication, and withdrawal verification.

bepk accounts are for personal use only. You may not hold or operate a bepk Account on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party.

bepk accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at bepk's discretion.

All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. If bepk identifies that a deposit originated from a third-party account, bepk reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend Wallet access pending investigation, and apply any applicable responsible gaming controls.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Standard processing times for GCash and Maya withdrawals average 3–5 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are processed within 15–30 minutes on Philippine banking days. Withdrawal processing times are indicative and not guaranteed.

bepk reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) control and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the requesting Player.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the bepk Wallet section of the Platform. These limits may vary by payment method and by the Player's VIP tier.

bepk offers various promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with this Section.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bepk promotional offers:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be completed before any portion of the bonus or related winnings becomes eligible for withdrawal;
• Wagering requirements count only towards eligible games as specified in the promotion terms — certain games (such as live roulette, live baccarat, and certain side bets) may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements;
• Bonus Funds expire if not used and wagering requirements are not met within the time period specified in the applicable promotion terms;
• No bonus is transferable between Accounts, redeemable for cash, or combinable with other promotions unless explicitly permitted;
• bepk reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, provided that any promotion already claimed and in progress will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of claim.

All games offered on the bepk Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type, as displayed within the individual game interface. In the event of any conflict between the game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that particular game.

bepk's slot games and computer-generated games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. bepk's live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained professional dealers in real-time, streamed in HD to the Player's device. The results of all bepk games are final once confirmed by the Platform.

bepk reserves the right to void any wager in the following circumstances:

• A technical error — hardware, software, or network — has demonstrably affected the outcome or the integrity of the game;
• A wager was placed in error at incorrect odds due to a system fault;
• The game was played in a manner inconsistent with the published rules due to a software malfunction;
• The wager was placed by an ineligible account (e.g., a self-excluded player or an Account under suspension).

In the event of a game dispute, you must notify bepk support within 72 hours of the relevant game round's completion. bepk will review the relevant game logs and provide a written outcome within a reasonable period. The decision of bepk on any game dispute is final and binding.

bepk is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity. All responsible gaming tools are accessible from within your bepk Account dashboard after login.

Available responsible gaming tools on bepk include:

• Deposit limits — set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap on your Account;
• Session time limits — receive a notification after a set period of continuous play;
• Cool-off period — temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration;
• Self-exclusion — permanently or indefinitely close your bepk Account and prevent future registration;
• Reality check reminders — periodic on-screen prompts displaying your current session duration and net win/loss position.

Requests to lower deposit limits or activate self-exclusion take effect immediately upon confirmation. Requests to increase deposit limits will be subject to a minimum 7-day cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bepk Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a way that is not authorised by bepk;
• Colluding with other Players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any bepk game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform — any such exploit must be reported to bepk support immediately, and any gains obtained through an exploit are not valid winnings;
• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name;
• Using the Platform in connection with, or for the purpose of, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information, including name, date of birth, address, or payment details;
• Accessing the Platform if you are subject to a self-exclusion order from bepk or any applicable gaming authority;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at bepk staff, dealers, or other players via any Platform communication channel.

All content on the bepk Platform — including but not limited to the bepk brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, sound effects, software code, and user interface elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of bepk or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

Your use of the bepk Platform does not grant you any ownership or licence rights in any bepk intellectual property beyond the limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes as expressly permitted by these Terms.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any bepk content without prior written permission from bepk. Unauthorised use of bepk intellectual property may give rise to civil liability and criminal prosecution.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bepk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of gaming winnings, data loss, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

bepk does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, and third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary unavailability of bepk services. bepk will endeavour to minimise planned downtime and will communicate scheduled maintenance in advance where practicable.

bepk's total aggregate liability to any Player, arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform, shall in no event exceed the greater of: (a) the net real-money balance held in the Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises; or (b) PHP 10,000 — whichever is higher.

bepk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is accessible at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the agreement between you and bepk.

By registering a bepk Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, and personalised gaming experience delivery.

bepk processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and complies with applicable data protection obligations under Philippine law.

You may request the closure of your bepk Account at any time by contacting bepk support. Upon closure of an Account at a Player's voluntary request, bepk will process a withdrawal of any net real-money balance to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided no KYC verification or investigation is pending.

bepk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity;
• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account is found to belong to a person under 21 years of age;
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information;
• bepk is required to do so by any applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order;
• Continued operation of the Account would expose bepk to reputational, legal, or regulatory risk.

In cases of closure for breach of Terms, bepk reserves the right to forfeit the entire Wallet balance, including any real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law and where the breach involves fraud or criminal conduct. In all other breach-of-Terms closures, bepk will return net real-money deposits after deducting any demonstrably fraudulent gains.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the bepk Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice from the complaining party, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this Section prevents bepk from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to address an immediate threat of irreparable harm.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bepk with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether oral or written — relating to the same subject matter.
